LHH has partnered with an industry leader to find a VP, Financial Operations. This is a leadership role that requires strong operational knowledge in customer invoicing, collections, cash applications and billing functions.
- Align and drive efficiencies across multiple areas of Financial Operations
- Drive all aspects of the Company’s shared financial services functions
- Work closely with department leadership
- Ensure frequent and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the build-out of the Company’s internal audit strategy
- Leading and maintaining process improvements
- Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; driving performance; rewarding and coaching employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Coach, train and develop a team while managing the workflow and prioritization of projects and ensuring on-time execution and completion.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Lean Six Sigma Certified
- Minimum of 15+ years’ experience and at least 5+ years of experience in finance leadership roles overseeing a large team
- Experience at a large and complex organization across multiple jurisdictions
- M&A experience including post close integration
- Outstanding communication, organization, and presentation skills
