As VP Group Finance at Frontmatec Group, you will be part of a global organisation, allowing you to work with several colleagues, stakeholders, and one of the largest private equity firms. In 2022, Frontmatec, the leading global player in the red meat processing industry, was acquired by the international private equity firm KKR as a part of KKR´s Food Technology Investment Platform. As VP Group Finance, you will be a key player in developing financial processes and internal controls and maintaining good collaboration with KKR.
With direct report to CFO, you will be overall responsible for group financial disciplines within accounting and business partnering. You will have a direct report from two employees, the Group Finance Manager and the Head of Shared Services, and dotted line references from Finance Managers and Finance Directors in global business units worldwide. Besides your close collaboration with stakeholders from KKR, you will focus on improving and standardising internal processes across business units to ensure efficiency and full global compliance.

You have solid experience from an international corporate finance function in a company with a high level of complexity combined with strong business partnering skills. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of internal controls, and you most likely have experience with project-based accounting and expertise from a private equity-owned company.
You have a Master’s degree in business administration, auditing, or similar financial education combined with experience from a similar role in an international environment.
You have a positive and inspiring work attitude and a hands-on working style focusing on action, activities, and results. With great impact and excellent communication skills, you set clear goals and ensure the correct information flow. With your focus on quality and continuous improvement, you exhibit proactivity in planning and structuring tasks to meet deadlines.
