Reporting to the CIO, the VP of Enterprise Technology & Strategy will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the strategic initiatives that enable the organization to embrace and leverage digital technologies for innovation and growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals, enhances operational efficiency, and drives customer-centric experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree, from an accredited university, in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 20 years of related work experience with at least 15 years of hands-on management experience, in high-performance, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365, webMethods.io, Oracle JD Edwards, Workday, and ServiceNow a plus.
- Hands-on experience working with leading data and analytics technical software, such as but not limited to Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, and AWS QuickSight.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of emerging digital technologies, trends, and their business applications. Candidate must have a passion for modernization and continual improvement.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving business outcomes.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools.
