Pretium Enterprise Services (PES) is seeking an experienced Head of People Technology and Analytics to join our team in the private equity sector. As the key leader for our shared services model around HR processes, capabilities & systems / technology, you will be responsible for leading and managing the strategy and delivery of all HR Technology platforms, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of effective technology solutions for HR across our portfolio of operating companies, the parent company (Pretium) while improving quality of service.
Utilizing a data-based approach, coupled with strong change management acumen, you will play a critical role in optimizing HR operational efficiency, streamlining HR processes, and maximizing HR technology capabilities to support and grow our HR offerings across Pretium and the operating companies. The preferred locations for this position is Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA.
- Lead the strategy, delivery, and implementation of all HR systems, most significantly Workday, providing guidance and strategic direction on the most effective use of the tool
- Develop an ongoing roadmap for the optimization of Workday for existing users and the implementation of Workday remaining operating companies not yet in Workday
- Develop an intentional strategy and process for evaluating, managing and communicating upgrades and system changes
- Lead, manage, and develop the HR Technology team ensuring – and measuring – a positive employee experience and exceptional business satisfaction
- Ensure effective documentation and delivery of core HR processes and operations and ensure information is maintained in a compliant manner in the appropriate system of record
- Build and deliver an HR Analytics and data strategy in partnership with IT, with input from the operating companies and a view of best in class
- Manage and maintain a cost-effective strategy that ensures effective documentation and prioritization of HR technology requests from the business and build and execute delivery plans for these projects
- Participate in the development of HR Strategy acting as the SME for HR Technology and participating on project teams as appropriate
- Prepare metrics and measures for dashboard and be accountable for HR data integrity and security and ensure effective reporting on HR data
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in a HRIS, with previous experience in a leadership role, preferably within the private equity, investment management, real estate, or financial services space
- 5+ years of experience with Workday and associated relevant Workday certifications
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of HR technology professionals
- Strong knowledge of the HR technology space
- In-depth understanding of information security best practices, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Clear understanding of change management principles and how to operationalize change, specifically from a technology perspective
- Exceptional focus on continuous improvement and value creation
- Experience leading and managing complex projects and technology configurations, implementations, and integrations (preferably specifically with Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of Human Resources Laws, regulations, and best practices
