The VP of Revenue Cycle Management is responsible for the shared service function of revenue cycle operations at Nox Health. This role will be responsible for merging two revenue cycle management (RCM) teams into a shared service function to support RCM across two business units. This role is responsible for the billing, receivables, and collections processes of client, insurance, and patient. This role is responsible for creating scalable revenue cycle processes leveraging technology and systems. Also, this role is responsible for driving greater accountability for performance in revenue cycle management with creation and measurement of KPIs. Reporting to the Chief Financial and Operations Officer.
- Sets Revenue Cycle Management (“RCM”) Strategy
- Owns RCM technology tools and relationships
- Maintains Carrier and Revenue Cycle (“RC”) vendor relationships
- Assists in executing RCM strategy with carrier project coordination and issues resolution
- Owns full RCM process from new client and carrier setup to cash reconciliation
- Guide development of RCM vendor technology and processes
- Manages RCM team of billers, collectors, and patient financial coordinators
- Business travel may be required (up to 35%)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Healthcare, or a related field
- Certified Healthcare Financial Professional
- 2 to 3 years of revenue cycle management experience required. 5 to 10 years of revenue cycle experience is required
- Experience with Traditional RCM
- Experience in Value-Based Care Billing or RCM as a carve-out benefit or through PBM
- Experience assessing and implementing RCM tools
- Revenue Cycle Vendor management experience
- Experience in Excel/Google Sheet (i.e., use of Pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, INDEX MATCH, and VBA Macros)TR
- Strong analytical skills required
- Must work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, demanding environment requiring management of multiple, time-sensitive deliverables
- Strong communication skills and the ability to report, present, and work with multiple levels of management within the Company
