Vaco Boston has partnered with a global investment manager that is seeking a Vice President of Shared Services. This individual will lead payroll, benefits, and HRIS functions. This is a hybrid role located in our Boston, MA office.

• Ensure daily operations of HR Shared Services team provide efficient, timely, and accurate delivery of HR Services.
• Perform second level audit of payroll, benefits, and HRIS transactions.
• Monitor billing and expenses of services.
• Partner with benefit consultants to identify benefit gaps and provide recommendations as needed to ensure the organization is offering a competitive benefits package.
• Oversee perks such as commuter subsidy, tuition reimbursement, college loan repayment, and relocation.
• Directly manage all leaves of absence adhering to company policy as well as Federal and State Laws.
• Manage annual compensation review.

• 7+ years of relevant HR experience with a focus on payroll, benefits, and HRIS
• 4+ years of management experience.
• Ability to resolve complex situations/questions.
• Ability to properly safeguard confidential data.
