To head the Project Management Office within the Strategy & Planning Dept in Global KYC. Build the PMO structure, governance, and workflow at MGS. Lead the execution of the Global KYC’s strategy by supporting the implementation of strategic projects, across the company’s business and support divisions.

In addition to ensuring that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget, this role includes interacting network with clients, vendors, and in-house staff as well as key team members also dedicated to the Shared service work. Problem-solving and leadership skills are key success factors in this role.

• Lead the execution of strategic projects. Act as role model and provide direct project
• management mentoring/ support as necessary to other project team members.
• Ensure all strategy related projects are executed on time and manage the relationship with
• different stakeholders.
• Developing key bank-wide initiatives such as annual planning and performance management
• (KPI) exercises.
• Provide guidance and assistance to the business units in implementing operational plans and
• roadmaps.
• Work closely with all stakeholders in the operating units to ensure alignment with expectations.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities that are consistent with the role as assigned by
• Department Head.
• Has the ability to manage the expenses and give a forecast on the existing budget with a
• frequent reporting to senior management.
• Engage with senior stakeholders from the company in planning and execution of the program.
• Have complete control of the entire program and plan for the resourcing, sequencing, and
• scheduling of the activities.
• Develop good working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Publishing of MIS on status of the transactions to the senior management of the bank.
• Maintain working knowledge of various internal processes, local regulations, and guidelines.

• Candidates should have Migration experience in Banking and Financial organization.
• Experience in captive transition management and client engagement in Shared Services Center
• (SSC) environment is desirable.
• Expertise in KYC transformation across banks
• Should have 10-15 years’ experience in MNC banks or any reputed banks.
• Hands on experience in managing stakeholders, governance and managing the toll gates.
• Flexible in working in shifts.
• Candidates should be ready to relocate. Locations would be Bangalore.
• Good analytical skills. Command over MS Excel, Power point is a must.
• Ability to manage the expectations of stakeholders.
• Proven experience in captivity will be an added advantage.
• Education & Professional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP & Six Sigma Certification preferred.
• Length & Type of Experience Minimum of 15 years of proven track record with large transformation
• Experience in financial sector.
