• Support China GM to drive the business growth, including financial evaluation/suggestion of strategic plan, road map measurement, business model simulation, bidding cut analysis, etc.
• Continuously improve company financial policies and procedures to ensure the strong controllership.
• Lead financial integration and road map for M&A, integration projects
• Drive the database interface and setup the performance KPI for business intelligence, from price, sales incentive, in-market sales, etc.
• Manage accounting shared service team for service improvement, lead FP&A, tax, treasury projects in China
• Lead a team of 20 persons and be able to energize the team keep performing through strong functional support

• Bachelor from a 211/985/overseas, MBA degree highly preferred
• Strong track record in big sized healthcare MNC with more than 20 years working experiences
• Strong team management and leadership
• Strong stake holder management including global management team
• High motivated and pressure taker
